Welcome to Wonderful Machu Picchu Reservation. By booking or participating in any of our tours, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Wonder Full Machupicchu, designed to ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.

Please read these Terms carefully, as they contain important information regarding payment policies, cancellations, health and safety requirements, and other essential details. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us.

1. Reservations

  • When you book a tour and pay the required deposit, your reservation is confirmed, creating a contract with us.
  • Ensure that all names on the booking match those on the passports. The deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances.
  • For entry to the Inca Trail and Machu Picchu, you must present the original passport used for booking. If your passport has been renewed, bring both the expired and new passport. Failure to provide the correct documentation may result in denied entry.
  • If applicable, provide a valid student ID with an expiration date matching the year of your trek.

 

2. Cancellations

  • We understand that plans can change, but please note that your deposit is entirely non-refundable.
  • If you cancel close to your departure date, additional fees may apply due to non-refundable expenses we incur while organizing your tour.
  • Specific cancellation fees are as follows:
    • Cancel within 72 hours of your start date: 60% of total tour cost is due.
    • Cancel within 48 hours: 80% of total tour cost is due.
    • Cancel within 24 hours: 100% of total tour cost is due.

3. Agreement and Liability

  • By participating in our tours, you acknowledge that adventure travel involves inherent risks. You agree to assume all risks associated with your tour, and Wonder Full Machupicchu will not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during your trip.
  • You are responsible for your own belongings; we cannot be held accountable for any lost or damaged items.

4. Medical Information

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies prior to your tour. You should be in good physical health and seek medical advice if necessary.
  • Participants over 70 years old must provide a current medical certificate.
  • It is recommended that you have travel insurance to cover any medical emergencies or cancellations.

5. Inca Trail and Machu Picchu Tickets

  • Inca Trail permits and Machu Picchu tickets are issued in your name and are non-transferable. Once purchased, they cannot be changed or refunded.
  • If the Inca Trail is closed, we will provide an alternative trek.
  • Bring your student ID if you booked a student discount; failure to show it will result in denied entry.

6. Tours and Treks

  • Balances must be paid in full prior to the pre-tour briefing. Payment options include cash, Visa, or PayPal (service fees apply).
  • Notify your guide if you wish to leave the group or have any concerns about the tour.
  • If you fall ill or get injured during the trek, assistance will be provided. However, you are responsible for any medical costs incurred.

7. Modifications and Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel your itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies.
  • Group tours may have up to 16 participants and will be conducted in English.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Cusco.
