Pickup is available between 4:30 AM and 5:00 AM. Your guide will collect you directly from your accommodation in Cusco. 
When booking, provide your hotel or Airbnb name and address. If you prefer to meet at the office, mention it in your reservation. If your accommodation is not finalized, you can update your pickup details later via email at wonderfulmachupicchu@gmail.com

2️⃣ When and where does the tour end?
The Humantay Lake tour typically concludes between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM at Plaza Regocijo, conveniently located near Cusco’s Plaza de Armas.

3️⃣ How many people are in each tour group?
Tour groups usually have 14 to 16 participants, with a maximum of 16, guided by a professional bilingual guide (English and Spanish). Small groups ensure personalized attention and a better experience.

4️⃣ Are meals included in the tour?
Yes! The tour includes a hearty breakfast and a buffet lunch. Dietary preferences such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other restrictions are accommodated at no extra cost—simply inform us in advance.

5️⃣ Can I store my luggage during the tour?
Yes. Free luggage storage is available at our central Cusco office from 8:00 AM to 09:00 PM, so you can explore without carrying extra bags.

6️⃣ Can I change my tour date or switch to a different tour?
Absolutely. You can reschedule or switch to a similar tour (e.g., Palcoyo, Rainbow Mountain, Sacred Valley, or 7 Lagoons) at no extra cost, as long as changes are made before 7:00 PM the 3 day prior. To request changes, email wonderfulmachupicchu@gmail.com

• 100% refund if canceled up to 24 hours before the tour.

• 50% refund if canceled within 24 hours but before 7:00 PM the day prior.

• No refund if canceled after 7:00 PM the day before the tour.
